World Pie Championship!

This mouth watering news out of Scotland, the World Pie Championship has started!! This competition with over 70 bakers and butchers taking part is something that sounds like it would be an awesome event to judge. To walk among rows of beautiful pies, to smell their wonderful aroma waifing through the room must be a glorious experience for the judges! Just so you know these are not plate sized, fruit pies that are sweet as one might think. They are small enough to fit in your hand and are filled with meat and a carefully blended mix of spices and herbs as well as other ingredients.
