step 2 :
Roll dough into balls. Set them on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

step 3 :
Melt chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl set atop a pot of simmering water over medium - high heat. Stir continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and dip the balls half way in chocolate. Place them back on the cookie sheet and refrigerate 2 hours. Store in a airtight container in the refrigerator or in freezer.

1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut
1 (14 - ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk

Step 1:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Stir together graham crackers and butter in an ungreased 9 by 13 - inch pan and firmly press the mixture to cover the bottom of the pan.

Step 2 :
Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips butterscotch chips, coconut and condensed milk evenly over the entire pan. Bake bars for 30 - 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

Both these recipes are VERY easy and VERY addicting !!

Thanks for the recipe Anna! Are the cracker crumbs absolutely necessary? And I wonder if I could get by with much less sugar...

You can leave out the crumbs and I probably lower the sugar.
